Stacey is a pleasure to work with, she is communicative and stands by her word. She sent a set of wedding gift boxes that were overall very beautiful and arrived earlier than the shipping estimate. Unfortunately, due to issues out of her control, somewhere in the shipping there was light damage on some of the items. She immediately offered to express ship new ones, and she also was kind enough to offer a refund when she realized due to our time restriction we ended up buying replacements. We are grateful for your customer service and overall a wonderful product that in our very specific circumstance we didn't get the opportunity to use for our event. I am definitely coming back to buy more things and highly recommend this shop.
